Lampson called the meeting to order at President Sam
Lampson then proceeded with the regular order of business. All members and
guests were welcomed and the W:.M:. of Sutherland Lodge was
thanked for providing the meeting place and dinner. The kitchen help, who
prepared our fine meal, were then introduced. It was
regularly moved, seconded and passed that the previous meeting minutes be
accepted as printed and distributed. Our ending
balance from the previous meeting was $5,334.71. The current ending balance
is $5,337.03 with $1,993.93 reserved for our Scholarship Fund and $260.19
reserved for the Masonic Home Employee Christmas Party; and $1,000 reserved
for the Masonic Home. It was regularly moved, seconded and passed that the
treasurer's report be accepted as read. Roll call was
then taken with 13 Lodges represented and 46 Brothers present:

Business: The Hot Gavel
is at Clearwater Lodge. The Traveling Gavel is at Tampa

Phero reported on the Bay Pines Christmas Party. We had a very
poor attendance. R:.W:.David
Neveitt reported on the Masonic Home Employee Christmas Party.
Once again it was a success and a good time was had by all who attended. As a matter of
housekeeping, a motion was regularly made, seconded and passed that this
Association issue a check for the Bay Pines Christmas Party in the amount of
$1,125.00. New
Business: Installation of
Officers for the ensuing year was the next order business. Installing Officer

Stabler, PDDGM, Installing Marshall was R:.W:.Bill
Petrey, DDGM, and Installing Chaplain was R:.W:.Jim
Clouser. The following officers were installed for the ensuing

elected not to be re-installed since they had previously been installed in

regularly made, seconded and passed that this Association provide a
scholarship in the amount of $1,000 plus a plaque not to exceed $25 for a
deserving Pinellas/West Pasco High School Senior. W:.David
Henderson announced that the tentative date of this Association
Golf Tournament will be held on This
Association's annual Trap-Shoot Tournament will be held on R:.W:.Paul
Stellrecht announced a tentative date for the Roast of the DDGM's

Bryce called the meeting to order at President Tim
Byrce then proceeded with the regular order of business. All members and
guests were welcomed and the Worshipful Master of St. Petersburg Lodge was
thanked for providing the meeting place and dinner. The kitchen help, who
prepared our fine meal, were then introduced. It was
regularly moved, seconded and passed that the previous meeting minutes be
accepted as printed and distributed. Our ending balance
from the previous meeting was $5,337.03. The current ending balance is
$7,075.23 with $2,042.93 reserved for our Scholarship Fund; $260.19 reserved
for the Masonic Home Employee Christmas Party; and $1,000 reserved for the
Masonic Home. It was regularly moved, seconded and passed that the
treasurer's report be accepted as read. Roll call was
then taken with 14 Lodges represented and 53 Brothers present:

Wardens present were recognized. A motion was
regularly made, seconded and passed that $1,000 be given to the Masonic Home
Treat Fund. The Scholarship
Committee reported they had received approximately 25 applications and the
deadline to accept applications would be The Audit
Committee will give their report at the May meeting. Social
Committee Chairman, R:.W:.Paul Stellrecht announced there would be
a Roast at Egypt Shrine Temple on W:.Tim
Bryce announced that the 5th Annual Trap Shoot will be held on W:.Dave
Henderson announced that the 4th annual golf tournament will be
held on The Chili Cook
Off will be held at Elmer 0. Smith Lodge on April 9 from New
Business: A motion was
regularly made, seconded and passed that this Association establish a
"Widows Hotline," which will assist with minor repairs, etc. This
motion was made to accept the Hotline in principle. More details will be
discussed and finalized at out next meeting. A discussion
was held concerning the possibility of establishing an insurance consortium
for the lodges in the 20th and 21st Masonic Districts. After a lengthy
discussion, no motion was made, so the topic was dropped. A sign up sheet
was passed around for any Brother interested in serving on the SunCoast
Masters & Wardens Degree Team. The " The "Two
Minute Drill" was then held with lodge news and announcements. W:.Mark Fowler,
Monarch of Selama Grotto, gave a very informative talk on
the Grotto and their related charities as our Partner Program. It was
announced that M:.W:.Louis
King, PGM will be at our May meeting to speak on the Scottish
Rite. We had with us
this evening two guest speakers who both are candidates for the Junior Grand
Warden, R:.W:.Joe
Fleitas and R:.W:.Fred Hueting. After a brief
introduction, a question/answer session was held. Past Presidents
of this Association were introduced. R:.W:.Bill Petrey, DDGM for
District 20 was introduced. R:.W:.Jim Clouser, DDGM for
District 21 was introduced. As is customary
at our March meeting, it was announced who the incoming DDGM's and DI's would
be for the ensuing year. For District 20, the incoming DDGM will be W:.Tony Rhodes
and the DI will be R:.W:.William Petrey. The incoming
DDGM for District 21 will be W:.Howard Knapp and the DI will be R:.W:.Rick
Hoover. A Mite Box was
placed on the head table for the William S. O'Brien Scholarship Fund. The
next Masters & Wardens Meeting will be held at Clearwater Lodge on May 18, 2005. Dinner at Benediction was

guests were welcomed and the Worshipful Master of Clearwater Lodge was
thanked for providing the meeting place and dinner. The kitchen help, who

read a thank you letter from M:.W:.Roy Connor Sheppard, P.G.M.,
and Grand Secretary for our $1,000 contribution to the Masonic Home Treat
Fund. Our ending
balance from the previous meeting was $7,075.23. The current ending balance
is $7,171.79 with $2,307.93 reserved for our Scholarship Fund and $260.19
reserved for the Masonic Home Employee Christmas Party. It was regularly
moved, seconded and passed that the treasurer's report be accepted as read. Roll call was
then taken with 12 Lodges represented and 33 Brothers present:

Wardens present were recognized. President Tim
Bryce discussed the need for a Masonic Hotline to assist our widows in odd
jobs around the house. Each Lodge in the 20th and 21st District was requested
to set up a Committee in their respective Lodge to act upon these calls. It
was also asked that each Lodge publish this service in their Trestleboard. A
motion was regularly made, seconded and passed to establish this important
hotline. Anyone needing assistance can request it by using the web site at: http://www.phmainstreet.com/hotline/ or by
telephoning 727/789-5371 during business hours. New

Birenbaum gave a brief report on the recent vandalism on local
Lodges. A motion was
regularly made, seconded and passed that this Association donate $100 to the Zone 6 Hospitality Room at Grand Lodge. (Note:
This donation will not be used to purchase any alcoholic

Verderame reported that the Scholarship Committee selected Sarah
Julian Donnini a graduating senior of W:.Mark
Birenbaum then presented the Audit Summary for the year of 2004.
The financial records were found to be in excellent condition and a copy of
the Audit Committee Report is attached to these minutes. R:.W:.Paul
Stellrecht, Chairman of the Social Committee announced the
roasting of the current DDGM of Districts 20 and 21 will be held this President Tim
Bryce next reported on the 5th Annual Trap Shoot. Although the attendance was
low, a good time was had by those who attended. The Trap Shoot raised $235
for this Associations Scholarship Fund. Vice President W:.Dave
Henderson then reported on the 4th Annual Golf Tournament which is
scheduled to be held on President Tim
Bryce announced that the incoming District Instructors are to set up the
SunCoast Masters & Wardens Degree Team shortly after the Grand
Communication. W:.Mark
Birenbaum then presented a Resolution for this Association in that
the Lodges in the SunCoast Masters & Wardens Association for the 20th and
21st districts be limited to an amount that only helps defray the actual
expenses up to a limit as approved by the lodges and that the amount in
excess of the actual costs of the Official Grand Masters Visit and Dinner be
contributed from funds by the SunCoast Masters & Wardens Association of
the 20th and 21st district and not paid directly by the 20th and 21st District
Deputy Grand Master or by the Lodges within the District. Furthermore that
the amount that is requested to be contributed by each Lodge for the Grand
Masters Annual Official Visit and Dinner is limited to a maximum of $.65 per
member regardless of the actual expenses incurred. After much discussion, the
motion was defeated. The "Two
Minute Drill" was then held by each Lodge present to make announcements
of activities for their particular Lodge. M:.W:.Louis
King, PGM then gave an informative talk on the Scottish
Rite and their charity. The next
meetings speaker will be W:.Donald T. Harriott who will talk on
the York Rite. Past Presidents
of this Association were introduced. District Deputy Grand Masters of the
20th and 21st Masonic District, R:.W:.William Petrey, DDGM and R:.W:.James
Clouser, DDGM, respectively, were then introduced and thanked this
Association and the Lodges for their support this past year. R:.W:.Ed

guests were welcomed and the Worshipful Master of Star Lodge was thanked for
providing the meeting place and dinner. The kitchen help, who prepared our

regularly moved, seconded and passed that the previous meeting minutes be
accepted as printed and distributed. Our ending
balance from the previous meeting was $7,171.79. The current ending balance
is $7,082.14 with $2,429.43 reserved for our Scholarship Fund and $260.19

The Traveling Gavel is at Pinellas Daylight Lodge. All Blue Lodge
Secretaries present were recognized. The visiting
Brothers from Districts 22 and 23 were then asked to stand and introduce
themselves. All Zone 6 Chairmen were introduced and spoke briefly on their
respective committee. New
Business: It was reported
that everyone who attended the Zone 6 Hospitality Room at the recent Grand
Communication enjoyed themselves. A motion was regularly made, seconded and
passed that this Association participate in a Zone 6 Hospitality Suite at the
177th Grand Communication in R:.W:.Paul
Stellrecht, PDDGM, Social Chairman reported on the DDGM Roast. The
event raised $255, which is to be used to offset the cost of the Grand
Masters Official Visit to Districts 20 and 21. Discussion was held about
having a Christmas Party at W:.David
Henderson talked about the approaching Golf Tournament to be held
at East Bay Golf Club; 702 Country Club Drive; Largo, Florida on October 8,
2005 with a tee time at 11:00 a.m. It was suggested that each Lodge in the
20th and 21st Masonic District participate as follows: (1) Make
reservations for at least one foursome; This is our
only fund raiser of the year and it is hoped that each Lodge will
participate. The formation
of the SunCoast Masters & Wardens Degree Team was discussed. More details
will follow. It was
announced that the Grand Masters Official Visit to the 20th and 21st Masonic
District will be held There will be a
Zone 6 Legislation Seminar on Saturday, September 24th from W:.
President Tim Bryce thanked the Lodges for publishing the Masonic Widows Hotline. A brief discussion
was held regarding the Low 12 Masonic Club in W:.Donald T.
Harriott, the Most Illustrious Grand Master of the Royal and
Select Masons of the Grand Council of Florida was introduced and gave a very
interesting presentation on the York Rite. Past Presidents
of this Association were introduced. District Deputy Grand Masters of the
20th and 21st Masonic District, W:.Tony Rhoades and R:.W:.
Howard Knapp, respectively, were then introduced. R:.W:.William
Petrey, DDGM, District Instructor for District 20 and R:.W:.Rick
Hoover, PDDGM, District Instructor of District 21 were then

guests were welcomed and the Worshipful Master of Tampa Bay Lodge was thanked
for providing the meeting place and dinner. The kitchen help, who prepared
our fine meal, were then introduced. It was
regularly moved, seconded and passed that the previous meeting minutes be
accepted as printed and distributed. Secretary Ronald
McMillan, PDDGM displayed the Certificate for this Association's
voluntary contribution to the General Grand Council Philanthropy Research in
the Prevention of Arteriosclerosis received from the General Grand Council of
Cryptic Masons International. Our ending
balance from the previous meeting was $7,082.14. The current ending balance
is $6,709.05 with $1,429.43 reserved for our Scholarship Fund and $260.19
reserved for the Masonic Home Employee Christmas Party; and $255.00 to offset
the Grand Masters Official Visit. $1,000 was paid from the scholarship fund
to this year’s recipient. It was regularly moved, seconded and passed

President Tim Bryce spoke about the formation of the Special Work and
Assistance Team (SWAT). The sitting DI’s will be co-chairman of this
committee. A motion was regularly made, seconded and passed that the SWAT
become a Standing Committee of this Association. More details on this

regularly made, seconded and passed that M:.W:.John F.
Kavanaugh be made an Honorary Member of this Association. A motion was
regularly made, seconded and passed that this Association participate in a G.
I. Care Package program, which we will collect items and send them to our
military men serving overseas. Any items collected were asked to be brought
to our next meeting on The “Two
