It is our sad duty to report the passing of W:. Dareth "Ray" Raymer who passed away last night at his home in Dothan, Alabama. The family has requested Masonic Funeral Services, which will be performed by the local Lodge in Dothan. Please keep the Raymer family in your thoughts and prayers.

There will be a Masonic Memorial Service held at Gulf Beach Lodge No. 291 for W:. Dareth A. "Ray" Raymer (who passed away April 15, 2012) on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at 7:00 PM. This service is open to Masons and non-Masons alike. Please plan to attend and help us pay our last tribute of affection to our dearly departed brother.

It is our sad duty to report the passing of Brother Louis Penensick on Friday March 9, 2012 at the VA Hospital, Bay Pines. A graveside service was conducted at B'Nai Israel Cemetery in Olean. Please keep his wife Ruth and their family in your thoughts and prayers.

BARR, JOHN R. - March 6, 2012

It is our sad duty to report the passing of Brother John R. Barr on March 6, 2012. Brother Barr was recently admitted into Woodside Hospice.

Nineteen Masons from Gulf Beach Lodge met on March 8, 2012, and provided Masonic Services for our dearly departed brother, John Barr. The service was held at Pasadena Community Church, and the Gulf Beach Lodge Funeral Team represented the Lodge in the most respectable manner. Thank you to the entire team for their dedication and devotion to Freemasonry and Gulf Beach Lodge.

 SAWYER, MILES R.  - March 4, 2012

 It is our very sad duty to report the Passing of Brother Miles R. Sawyer, aged 92, on March 4, 2012. Brother Miles was a member of Aurora Lodge No. 50, Rockland, Maine and a Dual Member at Gulf Beach Lodge. Brother Miles will be cremated and services performed in Maine. Please keep his family, including his son John (a member of Gulf Beach Lodge), in your thoughts and prayers during this time of loss. Alas, My Brother!

The Masonic Service for Brother Miles Sawyer were held on Tuesday March 13th at 7:00 PM at Gulf Beach Masonic Lodge, 14020 Marguerite Dr. Madeira Beach.  Fifty-eight masons, family, and friends attended.

BURNSIDE, DANIEL - February 15, 2012

It is our sad duty to report the passing of Brother Daniel Burnside. Brother Burnside departed this life on February 15, 2012, and will be sorely missed. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.  We will send out details of services once they are confirmed.  Alas my brother!
